1. 01 Open the freezer column first: in a pair, that is where the ice maker lives, and its panel is the one to read.
2. 02 If the refrigerator column has a water dispenser, pour a glass; water there but no ice points at the freezer column, nothing from either points at the shared supply.
3. 03 Copy both model numbers, one from each column, before you call.

Then the five that apply anywhere, in order: switch, filter, supply valve, fill tube, arm and bin.
