Booking online
The booking page is outside this site. Pick a day, say which appliance is at fault, and the slot is held once you confirm it.
- Find the rating plate inside the unit and copy the model and serial number.
- Choose a window; visits run 8 am to 8 pm, Monday through Sunday.
- The technician tests the fault and gives you one figure before any part is fitted.
On an ice fault, run the five checks on the front page first. Plenty of calls end there. If there is water on the floor instead, what to shut off first comes before the booking.
